	Flexible ProEdge will generate hourly statements, fixed fee statements or both.
	Trust Accounting ProEdge has a trust accounting component enabling attorneys to comply with their professional responsibilities.
	Retainer Guard Never run out of retainer again. ProEdge has a unique feature allowing attorneys to set a predetermined floor on the retainer. It compares the unpaid time entries to the retainer and once the retainer falls below the floor, ProEdge immediately warns the attorney prior to entering the time of the problem and sends an email warning to each attorney working on the case the retainer floor has been breached.
	Statements Clients' statements can be emailed to clients. The statements are retained on the client portal for clients to access anytime they desire.
	Accounts Receivable If a client’s account is 60 days (you can designate the time period) past due, ProEdge automatically generates a demand letter to accompany the statement being sent to the client. If the account is 90 days past due, a more serious letter accompanies the statement. This feature may be disabled if so desired.
	Reports Although ProEdge have several built-in reports, the Program is flexible enough to allow you to customize the reports you want.
